In this 2-day workshop, you’ll discover the profound practice of Craniosacral Biodynamic approach that stands out from the biomechanical one by its gentle and non-invasive side. The roots of this work lie in structural osteopathy and is practiced in a meditative total and presence. The biodynamic practitioner listens to the underlying forces that create form and works with natural processes that facilitate healing, supporting nervous system regulation and allowing the resolution of conditions resulting from stress and trauma.
